• Although vehicle input to your Gallery or eBay from start to finish is a quick process, situations arise that require a Save In Process so one can pick up where they left off and save time and effort.

• The most critical time in the sales process is at the close, so PrimoGaleria provides a separate tab for listing all your vehicles sales that are currently being closed. Nothing slipping through here!
• Mark as SOLD and the vehicle is sent to the SOLD tab folder with notes on sold price and more
• Mark as DELETED and your vehicle is removed from your gallery
• Mark as EDIT and you can change price, features or any other details (Not possible during a current auction and there are strict terms about ending an auction early)
• Mark as RELIST if your vehicle did not receive any bids even or greater to your reserve price.
• If your vehicle does not sell on the first try, then one can relist once more at no additional charge

Here you can set, modify, or update your eBay account information.

• EBay user name is set here for proper login within eBay auction site
• Private Auction: If you prefer not to have the identity email addresses of bidders on your auctions not visible on the auction page. You can override this setting with each listing scheduled.
• Default Item Location: Enter your City, State (example San Francisco, CA).
  Or include your telephone number for extra exposure
• Default Local Trading: Increase your exposure on eBay by allowing your listing to show up in your selected region's search results.

AUCTIONS LAUNCH TIME & DURATION
Here you can set, modify or update your eBay Auctions Launch Time and Durations.

• Default Auction Launch Hour: Select an hour of the day that you will typically want your auctions to launch. You will be able to override this setting for each listing scheduled.
• Default Auction Duration: Select the default auction duration you will typically use for your auctions. You will be able to override this setting for each listing scheduled.

• Standard Terms of Sale: Configure desired standard deposit required, deposit made within x days, balance paid within x days, acceptable payment methods and fees and taxes text screen
• Default/Custom Terms of Sale: Use supplied eBay default terms of sale or delete and enter custom terms of sale.
• These can be modified at any time by the System Administrator
